Instagram Club Affiliate Program Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement between you, the Affiliate, and Affiliate Program owner, Creative Puddles.

  • Earn 50% commission for every successful referral* PLUS an ongoing 50% monthly recurring payment for the duration of that members' membership.
  • Once the members’ membership has been cancelled the ongoing commission payment will end.
  • Our payment preference is via Paypal. As soon as your first member signs up we will be in touch to confirm payment details.
  • Commission earned will be paid to you monthly. Commission will be paid on the 1st of the month for the previous month’s new members (unless the 1st lands on a weekend or holiday, in which case this will be paid on the first working day following the 1st).
  • Ongoing commission will be paid on the 1st of the month (or the first working day following the 1st) for the duration of the members' membership.
  • Where a customer has used a coupon code, commission will be made on the total amount minus the customer discount.
  • If you, the affiliate, would like to join the club then although no commission will be earned on your own membership, please do request a 50% coupon code which will be applied to your monthly membership fee.
  • The lifetime of the affiliate tracking cookie is six months or whenever the user clears the cookies from their browser - whatever comes first.
  • If someone has been shared a link by multiple affiliates, the credit will be given to the affiliate whose link was last clicked. 
  • Creative Puddles images can be used in Affiliate’s promotional posts however these images remain the intellectual property of Creative Puddles.
  • If the Affiliate opts for paid advertising then advertising fees will be the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.
  • Creative Puddles reserves the right to terminate this agreement in the event of conduct deemed inappropriate.

*a successful referral is a new member who has joined the All Things Insta Club through your unique affiliate link.

PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you join the Instagram Club Affiliate Program (Affiliate Program), as part of the joining process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we will send you emails and updates about the Affiliate Program.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to join the Affiliate Program, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you at anytime, by contacting us at triinu@creativepuddles.com

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - MEMBERVAULT

The Affiliate Program is hosted on MemberVault. Your data is stored through MemberVault’s data storage on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Payment is handled through Paypal and is not the direct responsibility of the Creative Puddles.

AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
