Payments are monthly or annual on an ongoing basis and you may cancel at anytime. Upon cancellation access to the All Things Insta Club (Club) will terminate once that payment period has come to an end.

By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly membership fee at the original monthly membership rate you joined at, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership.

Automatic monthly renewal terms: Once you subscribe as a member, your chosen payment method - Stripe or Paypal - will automatically process your monthly membership fees at the original monthly membership rate you joined at, until you cancel your membership.

By purchasing an annual membership, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual membership fee at the original annual membership rate you joined at, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your annual membership at anytime before the next billing cycle.

If you cancel and re-join, you will re-join at the revised rate as advertised.

Monthly and annual membership fees are non-refundable.

We have the right to terminate your membership in the case of

missed payment
the sharing of confidential information on social media that was meant for members only
if a member feels harassed by another member in the community
if a member shares their login information with a non-member
if a member posts inappropriate content in the Club forum

All Instagram training remains the right of the Club. No part of the Club training may be reproduced or distributed: you may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sublicense access to the service to any third-party. No part of the Club or service, including any downloadable resources, may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you join the All Things Insta Club (Club), as part of the membership application process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we will send you emails and updates about our Club.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete your membership application, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you at anytime, by contacting us at triinu@creativepuddles.com

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - MEMBERVAULT

Our Club is hosted on MemberVault. Your data is stored through MemberVault’s data storage on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Payment is handled through Paypal or Stripe and is not the direct responsibility of the Club.

AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
