When you purchase or promote Creative Puddles training, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name and email address. If you act as an affiliate, we may also collect contact details needed to manage communications.

SECTION 2 – HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:

Deliver your purchase(s) and provide customer support.
Communicate with you (with your permission) about updates, training, and opportunities.
Support affiliate relationships through OfferLab.

SECTION 3 – CONSENT
By providing your personal information to complete a transaction or participate in an affiliate program, you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason. If we ask for information for a secondary reason (e.g. marketing), we will ask for your expressed consent or provide the opportunity to decline.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our products and affiliate program are hosted on OfferLab. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Both OfferLab and Stripe have their own privacy policies which govern how your data is handled by them.

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from being lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

SECTION 1 – OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All training, resources, and materials remain the property of Creative Puddles. By purchasing or accessing our content, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense access to any training, service, or downloadable resource. No part of our materials may be copied, republished, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission.

SECTION 2 – ACCOUNT ACCESS
If you create an account to access training, it must be used by you only. Sharing login details or granting access to others is prohibited.

SECTION 3 – AFFILIATES
Affiliates promoting Creative Puddles products must comply with applicable laws and advertising guidelines, including the requirement to disclose affiliate relationships (e.g. FTC guidelines in the U.S.).

Affiliate commissions, tracking, and payments are handled via OfferLab. Creative Puddles is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or disputes related to OfferLab’s tracking or payment systems.

We reserve the right to revoke affiliate access or commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

SECTION 4 – DISCLAIMER
Our training, tools, and resources are designed to provide strategies and guidance. While many users see positive results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, revenue, or engagement. Your results depend on your own effort, business model, and circumstances.

SECTION 5 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to training or affiliate programs without refund if these Terms are breached.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the USA.

RETURN POLICY:

SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Creative Puddles training, courses, and tools are delivered digitally. Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

SECTION 2 – ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase through OfferLab, please contact us at triinu@creativepuddles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

SECTION 3 – AFFILIATE SALES
Affiliate commissions are earned only on valid, completed sales. If a customer disputes a payment, requests a chargeback, or otherwise reverses a transaction, the affiliate commission related to that sale will not be paid.

SECTION 4 – EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a duplicate purchase has occurred by mistake.
