Instagram Training Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

All training remains the right of Creative Puddles. No part of the training may be reproduced or distributed: you may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sublicense access to the service to any third-party. No part of the training or service, including any downloadable resources, may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means.

Given the digital nature of this training, refunds are not permissible.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase Creative Puddles training, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we will send you emails and updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to purchase your training, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY / MEMBERVAULT / UDEMY

Each training is hosted on either Shopify, Membervault or Udemy. Your data is stored through the selected app's data storage on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Payment is handled through Paypal or Stripe and is not the direct responsibility of the Creative Puddles.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately.
